While larger European companies will need to comply with mandatory sustainability reporting under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in the coming years, numerous small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are also facing pressure. Their stakeholders, including customers, tendering bodies, banks, credit institutions, and funding agencies, are increasingly demanding ESG-reports according to the simplified Voluntary Small Medium Enterprises (VSME) standard.

Implementing ESG-relevant topics, such as the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), requires strategic approaches. Companies often underestimate the associated opportunities. Consulting process:

  • Initial consultation: In a first meeting without obligation, our clients explain their business activities, structures, processes and problems
  • Requirements analysis: We start with a requirements analysis in which the specific requests and challenges of our customers are identified. Goals are defined and the scope of the consultation is established
  • Offer: Based on the requirements analysis, we will provide you with an offer that includes the scope, duration and costs of the consultation
  • Project launch: After a contract has been signed, the project is launched and the project team, project plan and interfaces are defined. We begin with data collection using interviews, workshops, surveys, data analyses and other methods in order to obtain a solid basis for further recommendations
  • Analysis and assessment: greenapex analyses the collected data and evaluates it. This involves identifying and analysing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks
  • Solutions concept: Based on the diagnosis, we create solution proposals and recommendations. These are developed in close co-operation with the project team to ensure that they match the company's specific requirements
  • Implementation: The resulting solutions are finalised together with our clients, we support the implementation of the solutions and assist with the change process in the company
  • Monitoring and adjustment: During implementation, we monitor the progress and the results. Regular reviews are carried out to ensure that the defined objectives are realised and adjustments are made where necessary
  • Project finalisation: At the end of the project, we carry out a comprehensive analysis to evaluate the success of the implementation and ensure that the targets have been achieved
  • Follow-up support: In some cases, we also offer follow-up support to ensure that the implemented solutions are effective in the long term. If requested by our customers, regular follow-up meetings, training sessions or reviews can be organised
