Consulting process:

  • Initial consultation: In a first meeting without obligation, our clients explain their business activities, structures, processes and problems
  • Requirements analysis: We start with a requirements analysis in which the specific requests and challenges of our customers are identified. Goals are defined and the scope of the consultation is established
  • Offer: Based on the requirements analysis, we will provide you with an offer that includes the scope, duration and costs of the consultation
  • Project launch: After a contract has been signed, the project is launched and the project team, project plan and interfaces are defined. We begin with data collection using interviews, workshops, surveys, data analyses and other methods in order to obtain a solid basis for further recommendations
  • Analysis and assessment: greenapex analyses the collected data and evaluates it. This involves identifying and analysing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks
  • Solutions concept: Based on the diagnosis, we create solution proposals and recommendations. These are developed in close co-operation with the project team to ensure that they match the company's specific requirements
  • Implementation: The resulting solutions are finalised together with our clients, we support the implementation of the solutions and assist with the change process in the company
